I am a Honduran fine arts figurative painter. Art has been a passion for me for as long as I can remember. My work is the representation of a world that exists somewhere between heaven and earth. When I paint, I see these women, I see them walking like they are underwater with their hair flowing in slow motion. They exist, I see them. It's a magical realm that most of us can't see, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. What inspires me are the women in my family through generations. Their stories are so rich, complex and some of them almost surreal. I try to create a "world" populated by the magical presence of these women.
